Mandarin Festival Vendor Application

We are thrilled to inform you we have opened vendor registration for our 2024 Mountain Mandarin Festival through EventHub!

Thank you ahead of time for carefully reading this entire message. We promise that it is all important info! Space is VERY Limited. Thanks for your interest!

To register for our event this year, follow these steps:

2) Add the booth type(s) you want to your cart from the Pricing Box by clicking the “Add to Cart” button and then click “Proceed to Checkout”.

3) At checkout, you will be able to purchase amenities and complete your application.

4) Payment Method: We only accept credit card payment. At checkout you will authorize the payment by credit card which will be placed on hold (pending on your bank statement) and does not get processed until after we approve your order.

Once your order has been approved, you will have access to complete the required documents.
Complete the documents as indicated and upload the file(s) back into your EventHub Portal.

 

Other perks located in your Hub:
You will also be able to download/print your invoice, see your booth assignment once we have assigned you, send me messages and have access to additional event-related information as we get closer to the Festival.
